The timeline depends on the complexity of the piece and material availability, but most custom orders take 4 to 8 weeks from concept to completion. Urgent timelines may be possible upon request.

All Emilish pieces are made using solid gold (usually 14K and 18K upon request), sterling silver, and ethical gemstones, including natural colored stones and certified natural and lab-grown diamonds. 

Yes, every Emilish piece comes with a warranty certificate, a certificate of authenticity, and, if applicable, diamond certification. The warranty covers manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidental breakage, or normal wear and tear.

 Additionally, I offer one free professional cleaning and one free stone & setting check per year to help you keep your jewellery safe and shining forever.  

In most cases, yes. Please reach out with your order details, and I’ll let you know what’s possible based on the specific design. For engagement rings, or if I personally measured your finger, one complimentary resizing is included within 6 months of delivery— as long as it doesn't require complete remaking, structural adjustment, or stone resetting. If I did not measure your finger, please note that providing the correct and comfortable size is the client’s responsibility.  

Yes, for custom order wedding bands, you have the opportunity to try on the jewelry before the stones are set and the engraving is done. For ready-to-ship pieces, you can also view them in person. Please contact me to schedule an appointment.

The shipping time within the country depends on the preparation time of the jewelry. For ready-to-ship pieces, delivery usually takes a few days. For custom-made orders, the production time is typically 4-8 weeks. For collection pieces that are not in stock, the shipping time is usually 1-2 weeks.

Yes, international shipping is available. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

For ready-to-ship and collection pieces, you have the right to cancel within 14 days. For made-to-order jewelry, returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect.
